Refund policy

At Naija Organics, we take great care in delivering premium, chemical-free personal care products. Due to the nature of our items (skincare, soaps, haircare, and other personal care products), we maintain strict hygiene protocols — which also guide our return policy.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging
• Return must be requested within 72 hours of delivery
• Return is only accepted in case of: Damaged product, Wrong item sent, Expired or leaking item received

Note: We do not accept returns on used, opened, or tampered products due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Return Process

• Email us at info@naijaorganics.in or WhatsApp us on +91 8762402896 with your order ID and issue
• Attach a clear image of the item and packaging
• Our team will verify and initiate a pickup if approved
• Return shipping is free if the error is ours (damaged or wrong product). Else, shipping cost will be borne by the customer

Refunds

Once the return is approved and received:

• Refund will be issued to your original payment method , based on your preference
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
